Minimasi Biaya Transportasi Distribusi Produk Elektronik Antar Toko dan Rumah Customer Menggunakan Model Transportation Problem (Studi Kasus: Toko Elektronik Sinar Makmur)

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Toko Elektronik Sinar Makmur, yang bergerak dalam penjualan produk elektronik rumah tangga. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengoptimalkan distribusi produk dari gudang pusat ke beberapa wilayah pelanggan agar biaya transportasi dapat diminimalkan. Data diambil dari periode Oktober–November 2025, meliputi kapasitas kendaraan, biaya per unit, dan permintaan tiap wilayah.Metode yang digunakan adalah model Transportation Problem dengan pendekatan Least Cost Method (LCM). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa total biaya distribusi optimal sebesar Rp 12.260.000, lebih rendah dari biaya aktual Rp 14.750.000, dengan efisiensi sebesar 16,9%.Penerapan metode ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi biaya dan dapat dijadikan dasar pengambilan keputusan distribusi pada usaha ritel berskala menengah.
